Welcome to Bitwork.fun ("Bitwork", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bitwork.fun website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 1. Eligibility

Bitwork.fun is a Web3-powered social tasks and gigs marketplace built on blockchain infrastructure. The Platform enables:
Creators and businesses to create and fund social or digital tasks ("Gigs") using USDC or other supported digital assets;
Users ("Workers") to complete tasks and earn rewards;
Automated verification of submitted proofs using AI-based systems;
On-chain and off-chain reward distribution.
Bitwork does not guarantee that any task submission will be approved, verified, or rewarded.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to connect a supported crypto wallet or create an account.
You agree that:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and account credentials;
Bitwork is not responsible for any loss of funds due to compromised wallets, user error, or third-party exploits;
You will provide accurate and complete information where required.
4. Tasks, Gigs, and Rewards
4.1 Task Creation
Creators are solely responsible for:
The legality, accuracy, and clarity of their tasks;
Funding reward pools with sufficient assets;
Ensuring tasks do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Bitwork does not endorse, review, or guarantee the outcome of any task.
4.2 Task Completion
Workers agree that:
Submitted proof must be accurate, truthful, and unmanipulated;
AI verification results are final, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
Attempts to game, exploit, or manipulate the system may result in penalties.
4.3 Rewards & Payments
Rewards are distributed automatically upon successful verification;
Bitwork does not guarantee continuous availability of rewards or liquidity;
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
5. Fees
Bitwork may charge platform, service, or transaction fees. Any applicable fees will be disclosed within the Platform. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use bots, scripts, or automation to exploit the Platform;
Submit false, misleading, or plagiarized proofs;
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities;
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
7. AI Verification Disclaimer
Bitwork uses automated and AI-based verification systems. You acknowledge that:
AI systems may produce errors or false negatives/positives;
Verification decisions are made without human review in most cases;
Bitwork is not liable for incorrect verification outcomes.
8. NFTs, Tokens, and Digital Assets
Bitwork may offer NFTs, tokens, or other digital assets:
NFTs or tokens do not represent equity, ownership, or profit-sharing rights;
Utility, benefits, or rewards may change over time;
Digital assets are subject to market volatility and regulatory uncertainty.
You accept all risks associated with holding or using digital assets.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs on Bitwork.fun are owned by or licensed to Bitwork. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant Bitwork a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content for platform operations.
10. Third-Party Services
Bitwork may integrate third-party services (wallets, blockchains, APIs). We are not responsible for:
Third-party outages or failures;
Losses caused by third-party services;
Content or actions of external platforms.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your access at any time;
Remove tasks or content;
Freeze rewards pending investigation.
Termination may occur without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We make no warranties of any kind;
We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or profitability;
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitwork shall not be liable for:
Loss of funds, profits, or data;
Smart contract failures;
AI verification errors;
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitwork, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Bitwork.fun after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
